Townsville born and raised, Kai attended Tec-NQ as a school-based apprentice, graduating in 2023 with a Certificate I in Construction. Kai is now currently undergoing a 4-year apprenticeship to complete his Certificate III in Carpentry, under the mentorship of Dion Anderson. Both Kai and Dion have now joined the Doble Homes Team as full-time chippies in late 2024.

In his spare time, Kai loves anything and everything mountain biking, and his all-time favourite track is Castle Hill.
